The compact triangular site creates an opportunity for wedge shaped corner expression, recalling the Flatiron Building with a base, entablature and cornice.
Crystalline shard inspiration – a splinter from the Eureka Tower
The colours are generated from nature and the decorative arts – silver, bronze, black, and grey in a cascading pattern across the facade.
